I made this recipe precisely as written. I believed there could be method too many apples to slot in my 9” pan however as standard these recipes are on level and work completely! That is my new favourite Apple pie recipe and that’s saying rather a lot as a result of I’ve been making my mother’s pie for 20 years. (I did use retailer purchased crust as a result of I didn’t have the time for scratch pie crust. And also you couldn’t inform in any respect.)
